Where to go first at Blackgang Chine?

Get your blood pumping as you speed down the Waterforce water slide or take a thrilling spin on the cliff-edge rollercoaster: the Cliff-Hanger. Smaller children will love the Pirate Barrel Ride and the life-size version of Snakes and Ladders! There’s plenty to keep the children amused for the whole day, with many smaller rides, a maze and the chance to get up close with the dinosaurs at Restricted Area 5.

Blackgang Chine is spectacularly set on the cliffs on the south coast of the Isle of Wight. As you walk around the park you will follow windy paths with lovely sea views. In fact, Blackgang Chine has always had a problem with erosion and some parts of the park have, in the past, fallen into the sea! Learn more about this at the disappearing Village which forms part of the Coast exhibition, and tells the story of the dramatic cliff falls and erosion that Blackgang has suffered.
